Fred began as a mortgage loan originator in 1986 for Southeast Mortgage, owned by Southeast Bank, the 2nd leading bank in Florida.  After originating home mortgages for 13 year with banks;  Barnett, PNC, and Southeast Banks, Mortgage Bank; Sears Mortgage and finally a Mortgage Broker; Mortgage Source, Fred decided to open Bankers Home Mortgage on February 1, 1999. 

He started Bankers Home Mortgage because he believed that in order to survive in the mortgage industry, the mortgage lender had to create a positive lending experience while buying or refinancing a home because all too often people complain about the mortgage process.  Fred felt that he had the solution to that issue.

The solution was to treat clients as he himself wanted to be treated, to create an organization of people that followed that same philosophy, to use technology to create more efficient processes and to increase communication through the use of those efficiencies and technology.  Fred's goal was to create "Raving Fans" of his clients who would gladly refer friends, family and co-workers to him and his company.  Today, Fred and Bankers Home Mortgage's business is 100% by referral because of the team and philosophy that he has assembled at Bankers Home Mortgage.
